Tekken 8 Release Date update: Is it releasing in 2021?

The latest game of the Tekken series, Tekken 7, has just been released on consoles. Now that the fighting game has been out for some time, fans are already looking to the future. Where will they take the franchise from here? Here are our predictions for the Tekken 8 Release Date.

Things We Know About Tekken 8

Tekken 7 is the most recent installment of the Tekken fighting game series, released in June 2017. The game was developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

The game was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows. Tekken 7 has received positive reviews from critics.

The game boasts an array of different fighting mechanics, yet is balanced with nostalgia and nostalgia for its older series, such as Tekken 3.

The gameplay in Tekken 7 is filled with combos that are harder to pull off than those seen before. The game’s movement mechanics have been streamlined, allowing players to combo together more effectively.

2 Possible Tekken 8 release Date

The most possible Tekken 8 release date is around 2023.

It's been confirmed that the main character of Tekken 7, Kazuya, is the father of Jin, the main character of the original Tekken game.

This means that the latest game will be a prequel, and Bandai Namco is planning to release it before Tekken 8 on Tekken 8 Release Date.

This prequel is said to take place between the events of the first Tekken game and the events of the second. This means we will get to see a kid becoming a prodigy.

Expect one of the Tekken events to be a street fight, similar to what happened in the Street Fighter series.

What is then likely to happen in this Tekken game is a betrayal by one of the characters, possibly even by Kazuya. We’ll just have to wait and see.

This hotly anticipated game was announced during Sony’s PlayStation 5 launch event, and now that the game is out, it’s sure to be a hit. If you love the series, this is an excellent game for you to get your teeth into.

Tekken has shown a willingness to jump genres before, and that trend will continue with Tekken 7. The game is a 3rd person brawler that’s heavily focused on combo strings.

Players will be able to chain their attacks together to build an impressive combo arsenal and execute major KOs.

As with any fighting game, each character has a variety of special attacks that they can use, though not all characters have the same attack options. With such a deep roster, expect all of them to have their time in the sun, and I can’t wait to see how the story plays out.

With this game, additional characters may be added to the series, and Bandai Namco will likely want to make sure the game is a good fit for the existing fanbase before adding more characters.

The cast already boasts over 30 characters, so it’s not going to be easy to get everyone in.

With the license already renewed, I expect Tekken to trend upward in the coming years.

The Game That May Interfere with Tekken's Release Date

After many months of waiting, Tekken fans will finally have the chance to get their hands on the seventh installment of the popular fighting game franchise.

The game is set to be released in the U.S. on June 2, with the Japanese release date being a few days earlier.

Both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions will be supported by an updated version of the game, which means that those with older consoles won’t have to wait much longer. Let’s take a look at some of the most popular things from the first game.

For those unfamiliar with the series, TK7 saw the return of series antagonist Nero, but with a new design that is very much in line with the King of Bandits character.

This time around, he has a gadget called the “Hypno Crusher” that will allow him to create clones of any person in the world. These “Nero clones” will have many of the same abilities that his original self does, such as physical attacks.

The story for this game was intriguing, where characters from previous titles and characters from the Tekken universe will be cross-pollinated into one big fight. Unfortunately, all we got was Edits, Kasumi, and Jinpachi (a.k.a. ‘Tekken’ from the previous games).

Many fans were disappointed that all of the fighting game’s characters were recycled, but being old-school, it’s inevitable that a new generation of characters will be introduced in the future.

Tekken’s graphics are incredibly realistic, and fans can’t wait to see how the game fills up the screen. The character models have been completely redone, and the backgrounds for the game add a great 3D feel.

You’ll even have the ability to pick a favorite character inside of the game itself, with the custom event system allowing a ton of user-generated content.

The longevity of the fighting game is becoming a mystery compared to some other franchises, as the number of updates and patches might be dwindling. Perhaps this is why the franchise is looking to the future with many new characters and game modes.
